AGREEMENT BETWEEN THOMAS G PLUMMER, ARTIST

AND (NAME, CLIENT) REGARDING PAINTING WITH

THE WORKING TITLE, “….”

  1. After the Artist and the client have agreed upon a price for the piece, Client agrees to pay 50% of the total cost on the artist’s web site (http://www.tomplummer.com/payments/),

  2. Artist then proceeds with work on the painting. 

  3. During the painting process the Artist may give the Client periodic updates on the progress of the work or ask questions about details, but the Artist will at no time show the Client any part of the work in progress. 

  4. When the Artist notifies the Client that the work is complete, the Client makes final payment for the piece. 

  5. After the Artist has received final payment, he will then show the Client the final work.

  6. The Client may refuse to accept the completed piece. He/she then forfeits the downpayment made at the outset and the artist reserves the right to sell the piece to recoup his costs for time and materials in creating the piece.
